Adventures in Baking

So I was asked to do a cake and some decorated cookies for a birthday. My largest baking request to date. And it had fabulous results! Everyone loved the cake and cookies! Makes me want to tackle a tiered cake again, but who will be the taste testers? That’s a LOT of cake for just my roomie and I. I also need to start experimenting with low/no sugar recipes.
